Walk two minutes to Studiobar. This is a little bit hard to find, located on the second floor. Go into the main floor bar, go straight to the back, and take the stairs up. The best cocktails in town are waiting here as the sky turns purple.

Head back out to the streets of Bunte Republik Neustadt. The festival stages are active, and the atmosphere is electric. Stand near the main thoroughfare to watch the sunset toward the NW, letting the golden light wash over the crowd and the historic buildings.

End the night at Blumenau. This popular nightspot is considered one of the best in the city for its ambience and friendly service. Stay for a final drink as the party continues late into the night.
Local tip
The beer garden at Katy's Garage closes around 22:00, but the indoor space remains open. If you prefer a more relaxed start, Blumenau is open until 03:00 on Sundays.
