    Dresdner Molkerei Gebrüder Pfund

Start inside the Pfund Dairy. The 247 square meters of handmade tiles look their best in the warm, low light before the sun dips. It is quiet enough to actually see the details. Note that the restaurant upstairs takes cash only if you want to stay for a cheese plate.

  2. 15:41

    Raskolnikoff

Walk six minutes to Raskolnikoff. The sand floors and red lamp set a moody tone. If you are visiting in summer, you will need to get in before it gets difficult to secure a spot. Order something to eat while the light is still fading.

  3. 16:26

    Fürstenzug

Walk 31 minutes southwest to the Fürstenzug. This is the moment. The sun sets toward the WSW, casting a final glow on the biggest porcelain painting in the world. Stand back and watch the horses and kings turn gold for a few minutes.

  4. 16:56

    LadenCafé aha

End the evening with hearty vegetarian or vegan food at LadenCafé aha. It is open late and offers a comfortable environment to digest the sight of the sunset and the day's walk.
