Walk through Kennedy Park. The 7.5-acre green space between Victoria Road and Monahan Road is peaceful and easy to navigate. It is named after John F Kennedy, who visited the area in June 1963.

Head to Market Lane for lunch. This bustling two-storey Irish restaurant and bar is just a short walk from the park. It gets great reviews for its food and offers a gluten-free selection.
