Grab a coffee and a seat at Cibo Amager. It opens at 10:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends, so it will be ready for you just before noon.

Walk to the sand. Amager Strandpark is an artificial beach with a large sand island and an inner lagoon. It is a great place to walk, play beach volleyball, or just watch the water.

End with an ice cream from Strandtutten. This kiosk is famous for its 'Tuttenburgers' if you are hungry, or just a sweet treat to enjoy by the shore.
Local tip
The beach is open year-round and often has activities like windsurfing or diving even outside the bathing season.
