Viharamahadevi Park is open all day, but the early morning is the quietest time to enjoy the greenery. Caramel pumpkin is open from 08:00 to 22:00 daily, and Café Kumbuk from 08:00 to 18:00. All stops are within a 16-minute walk of each other, making this a very low-effort morning.
