This is a purpose-built kitchen where you can observe or participate in the culinary process. Note that courses run for 3 days from 08:30 to 15:00, so you are arriving at the start of the day's activities. Free transport is available to and from your hotel if you arrange it.

Walk six minutes to Niyom Coffee for a caffeine boost. This café is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00, making it a reliable stop in the morning. It is located near the landmark area, keeping you on the east side of the city center before you head west.

Head west to the Three Kings Monument area. Walk ten minutes to Blue Diamond. This restaurant offers a huge selection of items for lunch, including salads, fruits, noodle dishes, and good breads. The garden seating is very nice, providing a pleasant spot to eat while you are in the historic center.

Walk five minutes from Blue Diamond to the Three Kings Monument. This royal monument is dedicated to Phaya Mangrai, Pho Khun Ramkhamhaeng, and Phaya Ngammueang, the founding fathers of the Lanna Kingdom. It stands in the center of the city, offering a moment to reflect on the history of the area before you conclude your visit.
