Step outside into the courtyard. This is the best spot to wait for the sun to dip. The brickwork of the brewery catches the golden light beautifully just before the sun disappears.

Local tip
The brewery restaurant is open until 22:00 on weekdays and 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, so you have plenty of time to linger after the sun sets.
