Grab a wine at Cellar Collective Wine Bar and settle in for an early evening drink. The bar is open until 22:00 on weekdays, so you have plenty of time to relax before heading out.

Walk from the wine bar toward the park. You will pass S.W.A.T Laser Tag on your way. The walk is short and straightforward as you head toward the viewing area.
20:00
Stand in Queen's Park Dog Park to watch the sunset. The park is situated northwest of the Irma Stern Museum, offering a clear view of the sun setting toward the WSW at 20:00.
20:45
End your evening with a browse at Goodman Gallery. It is a short walk from the park. Note that on weekdays the gallery closes at 17:30, so this step is only feasible if you adjust the timing or visit on a weekend when it stays open until 16:00. For a sunset plan on a weekday, skip this step or replace it with a late dinner.
Local tip
The sunset is in the WSW. Queen's Park Dog Park is the closest viewing spot to the anchor, but it is still a 39-minute walk from the Irma Stern Museum. Plan your transit accordingly.

- Cellar Collective Wine Bar is open Tu-Fr until 22:00 and Sa until 22:00.
- Goodman Gallery closes at 17:30 on weekdays and 16:00 on weekends. It may not be open during a sunset plan unless you are visiting on a weekend and start very early, or you skip this stop.
