Head to River Boulder. This is the spot. The bold problems by S Koehorst are here. Arrive early enough to scout the steep corner and mantle before the light fades.
20:00
Watch the sun set toward the WSW. The golden light hitting the rock face at 20:00 is the main event.
20:45
End the evening at Zanzi-Bar. It is a great place to meet other travelers and relax after being on the rock. The bar opens at 17:00 and stays open until 02:00.
Local tip
The walk from the café to the boulder is short, but ensure you have good light to navigate the approach. Zanzi-Bar is a reliable spot to end up as it has consistent hours.
