Pick up some high-quality chocolate from Cho Coco. The shop is open from 07:30 to 18:00, so you have plenty of time to grab a bar or truffle before heading out.

Walk 26 minutes up to Gellért Hill. Find a spot in the protected parkland and wait for the sky to change color.

Watch the sun set toward the WSW at 16:19. The light from 15:29 onwards will have already painted the city in a warm glow.

Head down to Vagon Restaurant for dinner. The traditional local cuisine served in a standalone railway wagon is a unique way to end the evening. It is open until 23:00.
Local tip
The walk up Gellért Hill is steep. Bring layers as it gets colder at the summit after sunset.
