Walk 27 minutes from the restaurant to Kő Hill. Find the vantage point that looks northwest toward the Glider Monument. The cellars from the 18th and 19th centuries are nearby if you need a place to rest before the light fades.

Watch the sunset. On the specified dates, the sun sets directly behind the Glider Monument from this spot. The two concrete wings point up to the sky as the golden light turns to dusk.

The view from Kő Hill offers a great panorama of the town. On clear days you can see to South Buda. The alignment is computed, so check the weather for clear skies on your chosen date.
