Timeline

  1. 15:00

    Mud Dock Café

Start at Mud Dock Café. It is a restaurant above a bicycle repair shop with a view over the harbour. Order a bite to eat; the food is excellent with daily fresh fish.

  2. 15:30

    We The Curious

Walk 7 minutes ENE to We The Curious. This science-themed interactive museum opened in 2017 with the goal of making science accessible to all. It features labs for engineering and life sciences, plus a makerspace.

  3. 16:00

Brandon Hill & The Cabot Tower

Walk 9 minutes NNW to Brandon Hill & The Cabot Tower. This attractive and hilly park is worth visiting for the views over Bristol. Climb the narrow spiral staircase within the Cabot Tower for even better vantage points as the sun sets toward the SW.

  4. 16:45

    Goldbrick House

Head to Goldbrick House after the light fades. The bar is laid out over the top floor of a traditional Georgian building, spanning four interconnecting rooms. It has a great intimate vibe, making it feel like you are drinking in someone’s home rather than a bar.
