Walk 22 minutes to Scarborough Park. This small patch of green borders the Hudson River and offers gorgeous views across to the Palisades. It is one of the only riverside parts of Briarcliff, making it the perfect spot for the evening light.

End the evening with a warm meal at Hunan Garden. It is a 13-minute walk from the park. The restaurant is open until 22:30 on weekdays and Saturdays, or 21:30 on Sundays, giving you plenty of time to sit down for dinner after the view.
Local tip
Scarborough Park is small, so arrive early to secure a good spot on the benches or walkways facing the river.
