Take the train to Bournville and enter Cadbury World. The tour covers the history of the company and offers a brief view of the factory floor. Grab some free chocolate while you are inside, and pick up some relatively cheap mis-shapes from the shop if you have a sweet tooth.

Head to Cafe Face for lunch. They have an excellent reputation for roasted vegetables and jacket potatoes. The portions are big and they are not shy with the cheese, garlic mayonnaise, or chilli sauce.
12:30
Walk to Winterbourne House and Garden. This heritage site and botanic garden is owned by the University of Birmingham. It is a peaceful spot to wander through the grounds after your meal.
