Timeline
10:00
Head straight to the Legoland Discovery Centre. It opens at 10:00, so arriving right then means you beat the biggest crowds. Spend the first hour or two exploring the educational attractions and the LEGO replica of Berlin.
11:30
Walk five minutes to Weilands for a relaxed lunch. The Arab restaurant offers salads and soups next to the Casino. If it is summer, take a seat on the big outdoor terrace to watch the world go by.
12:15
Walk 34 minutes northeast to the Pergamon Museum. This grand building houses three huge collections: Classical Antiquities, Near Eastern Antiquities, and Islamic Art. It is a massive site, so pick one or two halls that catch your eye and wander through the history.
Local tip
The walk from the museum back towards Potsdamer Platz is long. If you have little legs left, check the route for a tram or U-Bahn ride back to the starting area. Weilands is open until 21:30, so you have plenty of time for dinner there if you prefer to skip the museum's restaurant options.
