Timeline
16:20
Pick up a bottle of Delinat wine. The shop is open until 18:30 on weekdays and 16:00 on Saturdays, so you have time to choose carefully before heading out.
16:45
Walk the 12 minutes from Delinat to the Laurenz-Stiftung Schaulager. Arrive before the sun dips. The building’s hybrid design acts as a storage space and research centre, but right now it is a quiet place to watch the light shift.
17:05
Find a spot inside the Schaulager or on its terrace. The sun sets toward the WSW, casting long shadows across the modern architecture. This is the core moment: stillness, art, and the fading light.
17:35
End the evening at Unternehmen Mitte. It is a modern-style café and bar with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It is open until midnight on weekdays, making it a perfect place to unwind with your wine or a local drink after the sunset.
