Eat lunch at Los Leños. This regional restaurant is a short walk from the zoo. It is open until 14:00 on weekdays, so aim to be seated before then to get the full menu.

Stroll to Parque Palomino Flores. It is one of the closer green spaces to the zoo area. Use this time to relax in the park and enjoy the local atmosphere before heading to the final viewpoint.
Local tip
Check opening hours for Los Leños if you are visiting on a Friday or Saturday, as they close at 16:00 instead of 14:00. The zoo is large, so wear comfortable shoes.
