Take the bus to 'Abbasqulu Abbaszadə' and head up to the Baku TV Tower. You have time to settle in before the light changes.

Watch the sun sink toward the WSW from the top of the tower. The city below turns golden as the day ends.

Head down to Panorama for a drink. It is just a short walk from the tower and stays open late if you want to stay out a bit longer.
Local tip
The walk from the tower to Panorama is short, but check the route for the bus back down if you prefer not to walk.
