Stand at the main entrance of Mburuvicha Roga on Avenida Mariscal López. You cannot enter the presidential family home, but the exterior architecture is striking in the early light. This is the center of your alignment.

Head to Lido Bar for breakfast. Established in 1954, this American-style cafe-bar is open from 06:30. It is a historic local institution that Anthony Bourdain visited. The atmosphere is unchanged and the service is reliable for an early morning meal.
Local tip
The alignment at La Victoria Alada is specific to early March. If you are visiting in late summer, the sunrise alignment shifts significantly. Check the route to Mburuvicha Roga from Lido Bar, as it is a short walk back towards the center.
