Check before you go
- The Shaker Heritage Society grounds open at 9:30 AM on Tuesdays through Saturdays in winter. If you arrive before 9:30 AM, you may be able to access the exterior, but check if the gates are locked.
- Guided tours are only available in June through October. In January, you can only explore the exterior or the museum if open.
